Mark has been coaching since 2010, starting in a traditional gym setting where he spent over a decade working directly with clients across all levels.
His approach is built on understanding how the body actually works — not just exercises, but how movement patterns, imbalances, and strength development all connect. This is what allows him to help clients move better, get stronger, and make fat loss more sustainable.
After 10 years of in-person coaching, Mark co-founded Lift. Life. Longevity. to move beyond the limitations of the gym floor. What started as hands-on training has evolved into a structured online coaching system focused on long-term strength, joint health, and real-world results.
His coaching is not built on intensity or trends.
It’s built on structure, progression, and fixing what most programs ignore.

Karen became a certified trainer in 2010, originally entering the industry with a focus on aesthetics — like many do.
Over time, that focus shifted.
After becoming a mom and entering her 40s, her priorities changed. Training became less about how she looked, and more about how she felt — strength, mobility, energy, and staying capable in everyday life.
In 2025, she joined Lift. Life. Longevity. on YouTube, helping bring this message to a wider audience through simple, structured workouts designed for real people.
Her coaching reflects that evolution.
