Our Mission
Lift. Life. Longevity. exists to help women 40+ rebuild strength they can rely on — now and for decades to come.
Because in your 40s and beyond, strength isn’t about extremes.
It’s about protecting muscle. Supporting joints. Preserving independence.
Too many women feel like they’re starting over.
Our mission is to give them structure — so they don’t have to.
We help women move better, feel stronger, reduce pain, and train with confidence through programming that evolves with their bodies — not against them.
Our Approach
At LLL, we don’t believe in “all or nothing” fitness.
We believe:
- consistency beats intensity
- control builds confidence
- strength protects your future
- muscle is an asset at 40+
Our training emphasizes:
- purposeful strength training
- functional movement patterns
- mobility and joint health
- progressive structure
- simple, repeatable programming
This isn’t random workouts.
This is strength you can return to — and build on — year after year.
Meet the Coaches

Mark Little
Co-Founder | Program Design & Mobility Specialist
Mark is a certified personal trainer with a deep understanding of mobility, joint mechanics, and how the body adapts to imbalance.
He specializes in identifying movement breakdowns that lead to pain — and rebuilding strength in a way that restores function.
His strength lies in thoughtful program design:
structuring workouts that build muscle, improve movement quality, and correct imbalances without unnecessary complexity.
Many of his clients come to him frustrated with recurring aches, stiffness, or setbacks.
Through targeted mobility work and progressive strength training, Mark helps reduce pain, restore confidence, and create a foundation that supports long-term training.
As a coach and father, he understands that strength must support energy, longevity, and real life demands.
At LLL, he ensures every program is structured, purposeful, and built for sustainable progress.

Karen Little
Co-Founder | Personal Trainer
Karen is a certified personal trainer who specializes in helping women 40+ rebuild strength with intention and confidence.
She believes women don’t age out of strength — they age into the need for it.
Her philosophy is simple:
Age doesn’t define us. Movement does.
Karen understands that rebuilding strength isn’t about chasing what your body used to do.
It’s about training in a way that supports where you are now — and where you want to go next.
Her coaching style is empowering, grounded, and structured.
She helps women move past hesitation, protect their joints, and feel capable again — without extremes or burnout.
Why Lift. Life. Longevity.
We don’t believe in chasing short-term results.
We believe in:
- training you can sustain
- strength that supports hormone health and muscle retention
- protecting joints and connective tissue
- building confidence through structure
- habits that last beyond a program
Whether you train with us in person or online, our goal is the same:
To help women 40+ build a strong, capable body — for life.
