Is this a workout app or automated program?
No. This is personalized coaching. Your training is built intentionally, reviewed by a coach, and adjusted based on your needs, not generated automatically.
How often will I hear from my coach?
You’ll have access to ongoing messaging support throughout your 4 week coaching block. This allows for questions, guidance, and adjustments as needed.
Do I need access to a gym?
