After you sign up, you’ll complete an onboarding process and book a 60 minute coaching call. Your personalized 4 week training program is built after this call and delivered through an easy to use online app.

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Yes. Training is built around your current experience, movement ability, and goals. You don’t need to be advanced, just willing to train with intention.

How often will I hear from my coach?

You’ll have access to ongoing messaging support throughout your 4 week coaching block. This allows for questions, guidance, and adjustments as needed.

Do I need access to a gym?

No. Programs can be designed for home or gym based training depending on your equipment and preferences.

How does billing work?

Online coaching is set up as a recurring subscription billed every 4 weeks. This structure supports consistency and ongoing progress in your training.

What happens after the first 4 weeks?

Your coaching continues automatically every 4 weeks unless you choose to cancel. This allows your training to progress intentionally without gaps or restarts.
