your life is busy. your strength still matters.

THRIVE makes training fit your life with effective workouts in under 35 minutes.
THRIVE was built for your real life. Not the imaginary one where you suddenly have hours of free time.
THRIVE REMOVES ONE OF THE BIGGEST BARRIERS TO CONSISTENCY: TIME
Every strength workout is 35 minutes or less. All you need is dumbbells and enough space to move.
And these aren’t shortened workouts designed to simply check the “I’ve worked out box.” THRIVE uses progressive, full body strength training to make the time you do have actually count.
Build strength. Move better. Feel amazing.
WITHOUT REARRANGING YOUR ENTIRE LIFE TO DO IT.
SHE FINISHED THRIVE. THEN STARTED AGAIN… STRONGER.

Christy completed all four weeks, loved the program, and started again with heavier weights.
YOU PROVE TO YOURSELF THAT YOU DO HAVE TIME TO GET STRONGER.
No more waiting for life to get less busy.

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH THRIVE.
THRIVE is 100% follow along. Press play on your favourite device and train with Karen from start to finish. Karen takes you through every exercise, set and rest period so you never have to stop and figure out what comes next.
Train at home or take it to the gym. You don’t need a specific setup, location or perfect schedule to get your workout done. Grab your dumbbells and build full body strength from wherever you want to train.
Your next 4 weeks are figured out. You get a progressive 4 week plan where each week builds on the last, giving you a clear path.
Strength isn’t the only thing we’re working on. A dedicated mobility session every week helps you works on the stiffness and restricted movement that can come with everyday life.
Track your progress as you go. Use the THRIVE Workout Tracker to record your weights throughout the four weeks. Repeating THRIVE again? Start a fresh tracker, increase your weights, and see exactly how far you’ve come.
Watch on the big screen. Cast your workout to a compatible TV and follow along, making your home workout feel less like watching a video and more like training right there with Karen.
THRIVE is yours for good. No subscription. No monthly fee. Pay once and keep access so you can repeat anytime or come back whenever you need it.
Price: $59
BUT WHAT IF I DON’T STICK WITH IT?
Maybe you’ve bought a program before. Started strong. Missed a few workouts. And eventually stopped altogether.
WHAT IF THIS TIME YOU DIDN’T STOP?
THRIVE isn’t asking you to completely change your life. THRIVE asks for 20 – 35 minutes, three strength workouts each week, plus a quick mobility session.
Miss a day? Keep going.
Have a busy week? Pick up where you left off.
Your Questions – Answered.
Is the program good for beginners?
THRIVE is beginner friendly, but isn’t limited to beginners. You choose dumbbells that challenge your current strength, which means the same workout can continue challenging you as you get stronger. Start where you are and progress from there.
How long are workouts?
THRIVE workouts are approximately 20–35 minutes from start to finish including your guided warm up and cool down.
Is 20-35 minutes really enough to get stronger?
They can be. When those minutes are used well. THRIVE focuses on full body strength training, progressive challenge and consistency.
What equipment do I need?
You’ll need at least one pair of dumbbells to start, but we recommend 2 – 3 pairs. Having access to different weights allows you to challenge different muscle groups appropriately, but you can always begin with the equipment you have and add heavier dumbbells as you get stronger, which is highly recommended! 😉
What if I miss a day?
Nothing. You keep going. When life gets busy and you miss a workout, pick up where you left off when you’re ready. Your membership has no end date, which means no deadline and no reason to start over.
Can I watch the workouts on my TV?
Yes! You can cast your workouts to a compatible TV.
How long do I have access?
THRIVE isn’t a subscription and doesn’t expire when the four weeks are over. Take the program at your own pace, repeat it with heavier weights as you get stronger, and return to it whenever you’re ready to train through it again.
